 This tournament includes the explanation of six programs as followed:

1-Word program (five sessions).

2 -Excel program (five sessions).

3 -Access program (five sessions).

4 –PowerPoint program (five sessions).

5-Outlook program (five sessions).

6-Front Page's program (seven sessions).

 

1-Word program (five sessions): and be given in them:

1-The first session:

- The first steps to use this program which deals with words - opening  an application of texts - opening a previous document - making some adjustments in it then save it - opening several documents - a new document establishment and its saving - saving a present document in advance on the hard disk or a floppy disc - the closing of a document - the use of the instructions system - the control of the main preparations - the change of types of presentation of the page - the use of an enlargement tool / the lessening of the page presentation - saving a present previous document with different file coordination as: txt file or Rich text format (RTF) or Document Template, or according to the kind or the version  of the program … etc

2-The second session:

The main operations : - the insertion of data - the insertion of a letter or a word or a sentence or part of the text - the use of a move back command - the insertion of a new paragraph - the insertion of letters / special symbols - a inclusion of separating between pages in the document - defining the data - defining a letter or a word or a sentence or a paragraph or the document altogether - copy, move and the deletion of text - the use of copy and paste for the repetition of text in the document and cut and paste for the transfer of text in the document - copy and transfer of the text between the active documents – the delete of the text – find and replace commands – the use of command of finding a word or a sentence in the document – the use of  command of replacing a word or a sentence in the document.

1 - The first session:
